About the business

We are a unique professional services company within the mortgage broking industry.

We operate our own Australian Credit Licence issued by ASIC and have no institutional ownership, affiliations, or influence.

We are Australia's only truly independent, impartial and unbiased mortgage brokers.

More than a decade ago we identified the sorts of concerns now playing out in the Royal Commission and chose to move in the opposite direction to the rest of our industry.

Our unique service proposition is now being endorsed by other professional advisers who are referring their Clients to us. Together with the fact that many of our Clients have become genuine advocates of our business this means we are experiencing solid growth.

As such we are always on the lookout for talented and passionate people to join our Client Support Team.

Entry level positions are as a Client Services Officer.  Someone who will embrace the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of Australian mortgage holders in an administrative support role.

For those who aspire to greater challenges, there are opportunities to advance to Team Leader, Analyst or Mortgage Consultant positions.

We have a positive Team culture and we are strongly focused on providing our Clients with fiercely independent mortgage advice together with very responsive support and guidance during the home loan journey.

Our Clients are located Australia-wide and cover a broad spectrum - from First Home Buyers through to seasoned investors.  And from those on average incomes through to very high net worth / high income Australians who do not typically use the services of a mortgage broker.

About the roles

These roles report to the Director of Operations.

As a general rule we are looking for passionate candidates who are experienced and can hit the ground running.  We expect that you will have solid experience processing loans to multiple Lenders utilising Mortgage Broker / Aggregator software or other industry standard software (e.g. Apply Online).

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of software - including Office 365 and SharePoint - will be highly regarded but is not essential.

You will not be required to provide mortgage advice to our Clients - but you will be expected to provide exceptional service and support and help Clients to understand and complete associated administrative processes.

You should be willing to share your industry experience where appropriate - but retain a teachable spirit as you learn about an approach to mortgage broking that has nothing to do with sales or commission.
These roles, and the culture of our business, are unlikely to suit any current mortgage brokers or loans officers.  However, if you have that previous experience and chose to exit the sales side of the industry voluntarily you may wish to send us your CV and some breif background commentary.

Other Information

Hours of work are flexible - Mon to Fri. 

Full time or permanent part-time positions can be accomodated - and we are happy to cater to Mums or Dads who only want to work during 'school hours'.
